  • Where are your delivery locations?
    We have partner locations that you can select upon ordering. Select the locaiton that works best for you. We are working to add more pick up locations in the near future. Current pick up locations: Health City (Dededo) Docomo *Employees only* (Tamuning) Unified *Members only* (Tamuning) Fizz & Co (Agana Shopping Center)
  • Will my food stay fresh in transit?
    Yes, food is made fresh every morning. But please refrigerate your food immediately upon receipt if you don't plan on eating it right away.
  • What are your pick up times?
    Pick up time ranges from 12:00pm-3:00pm.
  • What is your meal pick up policy?
    Meal Pick-Up Policy All meals delivered to designated pick-up points must be collected on the same day of delivery. Primal is not responsible for meals that are not picked up on time or for any food spoilage that occurs as a result of delayed collection. No refunds or replacements will be provided for uncollected meals. Customers are encouraged to retrieve their meals promptly to ensure freshness and quality.
